How does the tiered discount in the price list work?

Our price list contains three columns, each with a different price. The prices in the first column apply to a total purchase of < €250. The prices in the second column apply to €250–€750. The last column shows the prices for orders > €750. The applicable prices depend on the total amount of the entire order (a combination of frozen products and/or dry food). In the shopping cart of our webshop, the final applicable prices are displayed, based on the total weight of the order.

Can I collect my order?

Accepted Answer

You can collect your order on working days between 08:00 and 16:00, except on Fridays when we close at 12:00. However, on Saturday mornings you are also welcome between 09:00 and 12:00. Orders must be placed via our webshop two working days before collection.

When can I expect my delivery?

At Kiezebrink Belgium, we work with different delivery rounds. The delivery time of your order depends on the region where you or your company is located. Click here to view our delivery routes. (someone will add a link to the “click here”?) Would you like to receive a reminder in advance for the delivery round? Then we can send you the exact date well in advance by email. Request this via info@kiezebrink.be .

How is my order delivered?

Because our vehicles are temperature-controlled, both dry food and frozen products can be transported. Our vehicles are operated by dedicated drivers who act as your personal point of contact. For orders outside our own delivery regions, we use reliable external carriers to ensure that your (combined) frozen order is always transported under controlled conditions. For dry food orders, we use separate carriers, as frozen transport is not required. Orders delivered with our own vehicles are delivered on working days between 07:00 and 21:00. Due to logistical reasons, we cannot always accommodate preferred delivery times. The day before delivery, we will send you an email with an estimated time. And 30 minutes before delivery, you will receive a text message.

I’m interested – how do I become a customer at Kiezebrink?

Before you can place an order with Kiezebrink, you first need to request an account. You can do this via the menu under ‘Contact’ and then ‘Request Account’. Here you can leave your details, and we will get in touch with you. We do not work with a minimum order amount. Depending on how much you order, the corresponding transport costs will be added.

Do you have all types of dry food in stock?

Given the wide range of products, we do not keep all types of dry food in stock as standard. Deliveries may therefore take a little longer. If you need certain products regularly, please let us know. We will make sure these products are kept in stock for you.

Can I combine dry food and frozen food in one order?

Yes, your order will be delivered by temperature-controlled trucks. It is therefore possible to combine dry and frozen food in one order.

Can I place an order as a private customer?

Accepted Answer

As a private customer, you can order from us via our webshop www.barf-webshop.be . If you are a bulk user, breeder, or falconer, you are welcome to send us an email with an estimated quantity of products you would like to order, and we can check whether discounts or alternative prices are possible.

I’ve lost my password and I’m not receiving an email to create a new one

It’s possible that some emails automatically sent by our system do not reach you. In that case, please send us an email or give us a call, and we will help you further!

Is feeding raw food dangerous?
