How does the volume discount work with the pricelist?

Our pricelist has 3 columns with each a different price. The prices in the first column are valid for a total purchase of <300 kg . The prices in the second column are valid for a total purchase of 300-900 kg . The last column shows the prices for orders >900 kg . The applicable prices depend on the weight of the total order (combination of frozen products and/or dry food). The shopping basket in our webshop displays the final valid prices, based on the total weight of the order.

Can I collect my order?

Your order can be collected on working days between 8.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Orders must have been placed through our webshop two working days before collection.

When can I expect my delivery?

At Kiezebrink, we operate with different delivery rounds. The delivery time for your order depends on the region where you or your company are located. Click here to view our delivery rounds. If you would like a reminder prior to the delivery round, we can email the precise date to you well in advance. Please request this by email to: info@kiezebrink.eu . Outside the Netherlands, we also deliver to parts of Germany. Elsewhere, orders are delivered using external couriers. We can organise this for you or you can arrange it yourself. As soon as all of your products are available, we will arrange transport for you.

How will my order be delivered?

Because our trucks are temperature-controlled, it is possible to transport both dry feed and frozen products. Our trucks are operated by dedicated drivers and are equipped with an electric pallet truck. This allows us to deliver products directly to the customer. For orders outside our own delivery regions, we use trusted external carriers, so your (combined) frozen order is always transported under controlled conditions. For dry food orders, we use separate carriers as frozen transport won't be necessary in that case. Orders delivered by our own trucks are delivered on working days between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Due to logistical reasons, we cannot always accommodate preferred delivery times. The day before delivery, we can provide a time estimate via email. Please indicate when placing your order if you would like to receive this. Given the size of our trucks and potential traffic-related limitations, it may not always be possible or responsible to deliver directly to your home. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

I’m interested, how do I become a Kiezebrink customer?

Before you can place an order with Kiezebrink, you first need to request an account. You can do this by navigating to Contact in the menu and selecting Account Request. Here you can leave your details, and we will get in touch with you. The minimum order amount in the Netherlands is €500 (including VAT) and outside of the Netherlands it is €300. This and other conditions can be found at the bottom of our price list.

Do you have all dry food in stock?

Given the wide range available, we do not hold all types of dry food in our standard inventory. Deliveries may therefore take a little longer. If you require certain products on a regular basis, just let us know. We can then ensure we hold those products in stock for you.

Can I combine dry food and frozen food in one order?

Yes, your order will be delivered by temperature-controlled trucks. It is therefore possible to combine dry and frozen food in one order. We do advice to remove the plastic foil on the pallet right after delivery to prevent problems with moisture.
