About this product

BARFmenu pancreas is intended for dogs that have problems with the pancreas. The pancreas then does not secrete enough enzymes that normally help to digest food. This is called exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, or EPI. Many commercial foods contain rice, grains, and gluten. Dogs are prey eaters and therefore not grain eaters! Their pancreas, which is not adapted to producing so many enzymes, becomes exhausted. Symptoms: Large amounts of often gray, putty-like stool. Becoming thin despite eating a lot. Constant hunger and eating virtually anything (even stool). If you add BARFmenu pancreas to the fresh food, you help the pancreas. As a result, the stool becomes less and firmer, the dog loses less weight, and the appetite returns to normal. This is noticeable quite quickly. The recommended amount is about 8 grams per kilogram of body weight per day. This amounts to about one-third of the daily amount of fresh food. (For example: a 30kg dog is given 250g of BARFmenu pancreas and 500g of fresh food per day simultaneously). Tip: Offer BARFmenu pancreas at room temperature for maximum effect.
