How does the volume discount work with the pricelist?

The applicable prices depend on the value (£) of the total order (combination of frozen products and/or dry food). Our pricelist has 3 columns with each a different price. The prices in the first column are valid for a total order value less than £500. The prices in the second column are valid for a total order value from £500 - £1,000. The last column shows the prices for order values over £1,000. The shopping basket at checkout displays the final valid prices after the discount is applied. This is the total you need to pay.

Can I return my products?

If you need to return any products, always contact us first. We are happy to offer refunds or replacement for returned products if they are unopened, undamaged and still have at least 3 months left before the expiry date. Return delivery must be paid by the customer.

Can I collect my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, customers can collect their orders from Kiezebrink UK Ltd at IP29 5AX. Your order can be collected Monday - Friday between 8am and 4:30pm. Orders can be placed through the website, and the collection option can be selected at checkout. Please give us at least 24 hours to prepare orders for collection.

When can I expect my delivery?

Kiezebrink UK operates various delivery routes on a set schedule. Please see the delivery page for more information about this. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday usually between the times of 7am – 5pm. If you would like an accurate delivery window then please contact the office once the order has been processed and they can let you know this once the delivery route has been planned.

How will my order be delivered?

As our trucks are temperature-controlled, it is possible to transport both dry feed and frozen products on the same delivery. Our trucks are operated by our own dedicated drivers and equipped with pallet trucks or sack barrows to make deliveries as conveniently as possible. Deliveries are made to certain regions in the UK on set schedules. Please see the delivery page for more information about this. For deliveries outside our delivery regions, we use trusted external carriers. Collections or deliveries can also be arranged by the customer.

I’m interested, how do I become a Kiezebrink customer?

The Kiezebrink website will be dedicated for pet shops, wholesale customers, zoos and breeders who want to place large orders in advance of their delivery. Typically, a week or two in advance. Customers will need to have approved accounts to see pricing and place orders through this website. Before you can place an order with Kiezebrink UK, you first need to request an account. You can do this by navigating to the Account Request section of the website. Here you can leave your details, and we will get in touch with you about your account. KB Animal Foods is the place to order for pet owners and animal keepers who want to order online for courier delivery to your door, or click & collect. KB Animal Foods will have live stock information so we can pick and dispatch your order within 24 hours.

Do you carry all products in stock?

Given the diverse range of products we have to offer we do not hold every item in stock. Deliveries for some special items we don’t may therefore take a little longer while we source stock from suppliers. The website should indicate lead times for these products. If you require certain products on a regular basis, just let us know. We can then ensure we hold those products in stock for you.

Can I combine dry food and frozen food in one order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, your order will be delivered by temperature-controlled trucks. It is therefore possible to combine dry and frozen food in one order. This makes your delivery as efficient as possible. We do advice to remove the plastic film on the dry food pallets right after delivery to prevent problems with moisture.
